The bucket just up and disappeared at some point? It might just be a coincidence, but it happened after I held left click and 'E' to try and pickup coins and giblets at the same time. I was left with a bucket that couldn't do anything, it still showed the 'Press 'q' to throw tool' or w/e, but clicking on giblets did nothing. I threw away the bucket and picked it back up a few times and even went in the elevator to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. Then when I saved and exited to menu and went back in, the bucket was just... gone? No option to throw or anything. I later bought and used the broom without a problem, After finishing the game I closed the client, then opened it again and pressed continue, it put back to said last save and the bucket worked again. So, who knows, lol.
Also, the 'vacuum upgrade only seemed to work in certain angles? Maybe it was just the position of the giblets making the weak vacuum not work on them though.
I would suggest adding some variety of basic giblets for the final release, unless them all being kidney shaped is relevant to the story, of course.
Some basic things also need to be added like more options, a fullscreen option, a controls menu, etc. Basic quality of life stuff that people have come to expect in games, although them missing in a demo is normal, so no biggie lol.
very short demo, but quite interesting. ill definitely get the full game when it drops, but really hope you could expand the demo a bit. getting the button in only 5 minutes left pretty much nothing left. even if it just a few more upgrades in each part, ill replay it.
hi, thanks so much for playing my demo and leaving feedback. i'm totally open to adding more to the demo. i'm participating in steam nextfest and the deadline is approaching quite quickly so i'm unsure if i'll have time :/ hopefully i can squeeze something in, but it might have to wait until after nextfest.
